Member News: Park Assist Chosen to Transform Parking at Circa Resort & Casino’s Garage Mahal

ParkAssist PGS Garage MahallLAS VEGAS, NV – May 21st, 2020 – Park Assist® has been awarded the Parking Guidance System (PGS) contract for the Garage Mahal facility at Circa Resort & Casino. The new hotel and casino, currently under construction, is located on the famous Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas. It will have 777 guest rooms, five restaurants, a two level casino with the largest sports book in Las Vegas and a nine story parking garage dubbed the Garage Mahal, where Park Assist’s camera based M4 smart-sensor system will be installed.

With this new state-of-the-art facility underway, Circa Resort & Casino was eager to utilize the most advanced technology for all aspects of the project. Park Assist’s proprietary M4 camera based PGS was the ideal fit. The M4 system, designed to provide far more than just parking guidance, will ensure that all customers experience enhanced service and increased satisfaction from the start of their journey to the end, as they enter and exit the facility.

Along with Park Assist’s M4 technology, the Garage Mahal installation will also include several of Park Assist’s popular add-on software modules: Park Finder, Park Alerts, and Park Surveillance.

The camera based M4 smart-sensor system uses color-coded LED lights to guide drivers to vacant spaces. Prompted to change from red to green when spaces become available, these lights remove all uncertainty from the parking journey, reducing each customer’s search and park times. Upon returning to the garage, customers will be able to find their car just as quickly by utilizing Park Assist’s Find Your Car software add-on. This advanced vehicle locator feature uses license plate recognition (LPR) technology to pinpoint each customer’s car. Integrating with Circa’s PARCS system, guests simply enter all or part of their license plate number into a kiosk or mobile app and they are directed to their vehicle’s exact location within the facility.

Additionally, Park Assist’s Park Alerts and Park Surveillance software extensions provide an increased level of control and security in the garage. Using Park Alerts, parking management will be able to set and enforce automated rules and alerts – if any policies are violated they will be immediately notified so they can take the appropriate action. Park Assist’s Park Surveillance module brings an additional level of security by enabling the M4 sensors to capture streaming video of any movement in or around parking bays, helping parking management efficiently deter and quickly react to criminal behavior.

Member News: Salt Lake City International Airport chooses Park Assist

ParkAssist NR SLC Parking systemsNEW YORK, NEW YORK – April 28th, 2020 – Park Assist® has been awarded the Parking Guidance System (PGS) contract for Salt Lake City International Airport’s latest parking garage. Salt Lake City is building a new International Airport (SLC) to replace the existing structure. Serving more than 26 million passengers a year, SLC also chose to include a 3,600-space parking garage in the new development. This parking facility, equipped with Park Assist’s camera based M4 PGS, is designed to meet Salt Lake City’s current and future needs with the flexibility to adapt with the ever-changing aviation industry.

As part of SLC’s effort to improve its passengers’ travel experience, Park Assist’s proprietary M4 PGS will serve to decrease parking search times and traffic in the garage and increase customer satisfaction. Along with the M4 technology, SLC’s parking guidance solution will also include two of Park Assist’s advanced software add-ons: Park FinderTM and Park AlertsTM.

Using this add-on, parking management will be able to set and enforce automated rules and alerts. These alerts will immediately notify them of any policy violations so they can take the appropriate action, creating an efficient, safe, and secure facility.

Member News: Park Assist has been Chosen to Upgrade Parking for Salmaniya Medical Complex

MANAMA, BAHRAIN – April 8th, 2020 – Park Assist® has been awarded the Parking Guidance System (PGS) contract for Salmaniya Medical Complex’s new carpark development, located in the Salmaniya district of Manama in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Owned by Edamah (the Real Estate investment arm of the Bahrain Government) and operated by Bahrain Carparks, the facility will serve one of the largest and busiest hospitals in the country. This installation will be the second project with Edamah and the third PGS deployment in Bahrain, all of which are Park Assist systems.

Due to Park Assist’s previous success at “The Terminal” in Adliya, Edamah chose to implement Park Assist’s parking guidance technology at this groundbreaking carpark as well. Equipped with Park Assist’s camera based M4 PGS, this new facility aims to provide the Salmaniya Medical Complex community with a sustainable parking facility that will both relieve congestion and facilitate a smooth flow of steady traffic.

Park Assist’s exclusive M4 PGS will be used to help quickly and seamlessly steer visitors to available parking spaces. Upon entry, the patented, camera-based technology guides parkers using color-coded smart-sensors. The smart-sensor’s LED lights are triggered to change from red to green when spaces become available, allowing visitors to pinpoint exactly where to park, saving them valuable time and providing a more efficient parking journey.

Member News: Park Assist’s M4 System is Changing the Parking Game

Park Assist Cache Creek News ReleaseNEW YORK, NY – March 17, 2020 – Park Assist® was selected by Cache Creek Casino to install its M4 Parking Guidance System (PGS) in Brooks, California. The Casino, owned and operated by the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, is a world class resort located about 1.5 hours from San Francisco. With an 18-hole championship golf course, day spa, casino, and nine restaurants, it is an extremely popular destination. On a typical weekend the parking garage is often at maximum capacity and during special events it is overflowing, but the addition of Park Assist’s camera based M4 smart-sensor PGS provides an exceptional solution. By optimizing occupancy and increasing operational efficiency of the garage, Park Assist’s PGS ensures that every customer will have a positive parking experience.

After vetting multiple PGS vendors, Cache Creek Casino selected Park Assist based on its advanced camera technology, as well as its menu of select API add-ons. Some of these add-ons include Park SurveillanceTM, Park AlertsTM, and Park FinderTM, which Cache Creek Casino elected to incorporate in their new system.

The installation, equipped with Park Assist’s M4 PGS, uses color-coded smart sensors to guide drivers through the facility to vacant spaces, reducing traffic congestion, confusion, and parking search times. Upon returning to the garage, parkers can use the Find Your CarTM feature in Park Finder to easily locate their vehicles. As they enter all or part of their license plate number into the Park Assist mobile app, the system uses license plate recognition (LPR) technology to pinpoint the car and direct the guest to its exact location within the garage.

Additionally, Park Assist’s Park Alerts and Park Surveillance add-ons will provide an extra level of security to Cache Creek Casino. The Park Alerts software extension allows parking management to set automated rules and alerts that help staff manage awareness and control of activity within the garage, while Park Assist’s  Park Surveillance module enables the M4 sensors to capture streaming video whenever motion is detected in or around parking bays. Because the M4 cameras have unobstructed views of each space, they can successfully capture any and all action in the garage, serving as a proven deterrent of theft and other criminal activities.
