Do you find yourself stressed out? Do you cause your own stress? What can you do to reduce the anxiety you feel? With all these questions, you are probably stressing out just thinking about the answers. Am I right? Welcome to reality. To discuss stress, we have to accept that it is real, whether it is self-inflicted, work-related, or caused by your overall environment.
In this session, we will look at the onset of stress, recognize its impact, discuss ways to de-stress, and, most importantly, how to take care of you. Join this session with an open mind and plan to laugh, learn, and de-stress.
Learning Objectives:
- Recognize stress and its impact on your physical and mental well being.
- Identify the sources of your stress.
- Create your personal toolkit to de-stress.
