Attend this session to learn about how to implement organizational rounding, best practices for utilizing it, the benefits for your department, and how to measure the results. The presenter will share the ins and outs of rounding, such including:

  • How to incorporate the meetings.
  • Why a consistent process is key.
  • What “rounding” is not.
  • Who should be involved.
  • How to effectively implement it in your parking organization.
  • What are the benefits for your team, and how do you measure the results.

Ryan Givens, CAPP, Regional Account Executive, Parker Technology

Ryan is a Marine Veteran, having proudly served for 11 years as a Transportation and Logistics Officer. Ryan possesses 20 years of leadership experience and 15 years of experience in the parking industry. He prefers to approach tasks and challenges through a collaborative and team-focused approach and was instrumental in leveraging numerous technologies while the Associate Director of Penn State Transportation Services. Ryan has also worked at NC State University Transportation and LAZ Parking.
