While many of these technologies are feasible in North America, the discussion emphasized that cultural, legal, and governance differences present major challenges. The presenters concluded that staffing, public trust, and governance are often bigger barriers than the technology itself and encouraged organizations to focus on compliance-first strategies, pilot programs, and locally tailored solutions.
