ParkMobile for Business will include a Coast card for parking, fuel, toll and transit expenses, eliminating out-of-pocket spend and manual reconciliation

ParkMobile, a leading provider of smart mobility solutions and part of global mobility platform Arrive, today announced a partnership with spend management platform Coast to offer its ParkMobile for Business clients a new, consolidated way to pay for all mobility and vehicle expenses on a single invoice. Through a co-branded Coast card, ParkMobile for Business clients can now streamline their transit spend without traditional out-of-pocket expenses, reimbursements and manual paperwork.

Managed directly through the ParkMobile Self-Service Portal, this solution seamlessly bridges the gap between ParkMobile for Business’ digital network and physical locations. It is accepted anywhere Visa is found, including gated garages, meters, camera-based facilities, fuel stations, EV charging hubs and toll systems.

“In today’s fast-paced market, commercial fleets can’t afford to waste time chasing physical receipts or managing disconnected expense systems,” said Diane Swint, General Manager for Arrive for Business. “Partnering with Coast allows us to deliver the ultimate payment solution for our ParkMobile for Business clients. Consolidating transit and vehicle expenses into a single, automated invoice removes the operational burden entirely so businesses can focus on what matters.”

The integrated solution eliminates out-of-pocket employee reimbursements and manual expense reporting. Every transaction is automatically tracked and received via real-time SMS notifications, providing administrators with complete oversight and control. Through the platform, fleet managers can enforce custom spend caps, day and time restrictions, and specific merchant category limits per driver or vehicle.

“Too often, businesses rely on a mix of disconnected tools to manage their fleet. Together with ParkMobile, we’re giving fleets the ability to manage all fleet payments within the systems they already use, consolidating every fleet expense into one platform and invoice, so drivers stay on the move and admins get the real-time visibility they need,” said Phil Mirisola, Director of BD & Strategic Partnerships at Coast.

The Coast Visa® Commercial Credit card is issued by Celtic Bank. Subject to credit approval.
