The International Parking & Mobility Institute is pleased to announce the newly appointed Executive Officers of the 2026-2027 Board of Directors. The association held elections for the Board of Directors in April 2026, and the members began their terms at the conclusion of IPMI’s 2026 Parking & Mobility Conference & Expo in Milwaukee, WI, June 14-17.

The Executive Officers of the Board of Directors consist of the chair, chair-elect, treasurer, and past chair. The chair-elect and treasurer positions are elected by the Board of Directors.

The 2026-2027 IPMI Board of Directors Executive Officers are:

  • Chair: Maria Irshad, PTMP, Deputy Director, ParkHouston, Houston, TX.
  • Chair-elect: JC Porter, PTMP,  Director, Parking & Transportation, Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ.
  • Treasurer: Carmen Donnell, PTMP, Managing Director, North America, PayByPhone, Vancouver, British Columbia, CN.
  • Past Chair: Alejandra “Alex” Argudin, PTMP, Chief Executive Officer, Miami Parking Authority, Miami, FL.
