The new slate of directors will take effect following the IPMI Conference & Expo, June 14-17, 2026.

 

The International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) is pleased to announce its 2026-2027 Board of Directors. The association held elections in April 2026. The 2026-2027 board will begin its term at the conclusion of IPMI’s 2026 Parking & Mobility Conference & Expo in Milwaukee, WI, June 14-17.

Maria Irshad, PTMP, Deputy Director, ParkHouston, will begin her first year of a two-year appointment as Board Chair. Alejandra “Alex” Argudin, PTMP, Chief Executive Officer, Miami Parking Authority, will transition to Past Chair.

Four newly elected board members will serve for the next two years: Dean Ahmad, Vice President, Parking and Transportation, Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport; Alyssa Alt, Division Manager, Parking Enterprise, City of Colorado Springs; Brian Favela, Director of Parking and Transportation, University of South Carolina; and Brandy Stanley, PTMP, Vice President, State & Local Market Development, Flash Parking Inc.

Re-elected board members who will serve an additional term through 2028 include: JC Porter, PTMP, Director of Commuter Services/TDM, Arizona State University; and Josh Stone, PTMP, Executive Director, Parking and Transportation, Virginia Commonwealth University.

IPMI will also welcome a new International Delegate to the board, Tony Jiang, with Sunsea Parking Group of Beijing, China.
