Indianapolis, IN – Parker Technology announced the launch of its new API integration with Designa, giving customer service representatives (CSRs) streamlined access to Designa’s ticketing, permit, and gate data, directly from Parker Technology’s platform.

This integration enhances visibility and control for gated operations by enabling CSRs to search for transient and monthly parkers, view and update permit details, identify motorists via LPR scans, and manage ticket actions, including resetting in/out status, pushing tickets to the gate, creating lost tickets, and setting prices. It also gives CSRs the ability to open gates remotely, helping facilities maintain flow and deliver quicker resolutions.

While this initial release does not yet include two-way video, it establishes the groundwork for expanded capabilities in future phases.
