Orikan, a leading provider of integrated parking, enforcement and compliance technology solutions across Australia, New Zealand and North America, today announced the completion of its acquisition by BPEA EQT Mid-Market Growth Partnership (the “MMG Fund” or “EQT”). The deal, first announced in July, has received all required regulatory approvals. EQT acquires Orikan from Five V Capital, which has backed the business since its formation in 2022.
