Hear from Our Attendees

“What makes IPMI such a valuable conference is the mix of policy, practice, and technology. It’s a rare chance for operators, city leaders, and solution providers to work side-by-side, tackling challenges like congestion, safety, and sustainability. It never fails to sparks practical ideas that can be put to work on the ground.”

“IPMI continues to build a fantastic program and ensures everyone in attendance has an opportunity to join the conversation. I always get tremendous value both from my time on the expo floor as well as from engaging with my colleagues at roundtable or panel discussions. I am excited to continue the collaboration in Milwaukee!”

  • Full Name on Passport
  • Country of Origin
  • Passport  Number
  • Passport Expiration Date

We are happy to have you join us and will work with you to accommodate your participation.  Please contact IPMI if you require such assistance at conference@parking-mobility.org. For additional information on accessibility, please visit the Hotel & Travel section of the Conference website.

Please see the future locations page here.

For any additional questions, please email conference@parking-mobility.org.

None of our properties will contact you initially to book your hotel.  These are pop-up entities that prey on convention traffic to run scams or meet quotas.  Often times they will book your room but later you will find out that you don’t have a room onsite or you pay additional fees.  These “room pirates” are extremely unscrupulous and are often long gone by the time the event rolls around.  We strongly encourage you to book inside IPMI’s block to protect yourself and reap the benefits of IPMI’s negotiated concessions and messaging service during the event.

How do I book my hotel?

Visit the hotel page on the website here to book your hotel reservations.

Please be advised that neither IPMI nor the conference hotels will contact you directly to arrange accommodation. Anyone claiming to do so is not authorized to represent our organization.

I forgot to book my room by May 18 – HELP!

If you have missed the deadline, please email us at conference@parking-mobility.org. We will do our best to reach out to the hotel on your behalf but cannot guarantee that the hotel has a room for you.

Full registration fees include access to education sessions, admission to the Expo Hall, and all general sessions.

Please reach out to us at conference@parking-mobility.org for the 2026 team opportunities.

No, you do not have to be an IPMI member to attend, however, you can save money on your conference registration if your organization joins today! You can choose to purchase membership through the registration process or email us at membership@parking-mobility.org  for more information. Be sure to provide IPMI’s membership team with a full company roster before registering to ensure all staff receive the member rate.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Purchase Orders through our online registration process. We accept checks and can invoice your organization if necessary.  Please note, we do accept multiple forms of payment for one registration form with multiple items at once. We can assist with adding on items that need to be purchased separately.
