
Since 2011, the university has engaged in a multi-phase student housing revitalization plan, including the addition of numerous living-and-learning facilities, significantly increasing the number of beds on campus. The nearly $500 million project is the largest on-campus housing development at a public university in the U.S. to date, and is a model for university P3 projects.
