The integration allows Parker Technology’s customer service representatives (CSRs) to quickly look up reservation and permit information directly from the Parker Technology exception management platform.
With this integration, CSRs can search for transient reservations and monthly permits using identifiers such as reservation ID, license plate, account number, or parker name. This additional visibility helps customer service teams quickly verify parking activity and assist motorists more efficiently when issues arise.
ParkChirp is widely used for managing reservations and monthly parking across a variety of facilities. By bringing reservation and permit lookup capabilities into Parker Technology’s platform, operators can streamline support workflows and reduce the time it takes to resolve customer questions.
