Indianapolis, IN – Parker Technology announced the launch of its new API integration with HUB Parking Technology, providing customer service representatives (CSRs) with direct access to HUB ticketing, permit, and gate data inside Parker Technology’s exception management platform.
The integration connects the HUB platform directly into the Parker Technology workflow, giving CSRs immediate visibility into tickets, permits, and gate actions while assisting motorists. By eliminating the need to switch systems or perform manual searches, operators can resolve issues more efficiently and keep traffic moving through gated facilities.
CSRs operate within a single Interface, accessing live parking data and taking action in real-time. This includes searching for tickets by ticket number, license plate, or the last four digits of a payment card; viewing permits and monthly parker details; resetting in/out status; and executing ticket actions directly from the Parker Technology platform.
The integration also enables remote gate operations, including opening gates; pushing existing tickets to devices; creating lost tickets based on facility rules; and issuing new tickets based on entry time.
By making parking data available within the Parker customer service workflow, operators gain a faster, more consistent approach to exception handling, thus reducing friction at the gate, improving throughput, while enhancing the customer experience.
