Program Description
Every parking structure has a maximum capacity, and so does every leader. When a leader’s cognitive capacity is “full,” the team experiences “gridlock.” This session uses simple, relatable analogies to show how a leader’s unseen stress translates into measurable team problems like inconsistency, high anxiety, and staff turnover. We will provide practical tools—like the 3-Point Clarity Check and the Refuel Protocol—to help leaders recognize their own warning signs, maintain a predictable work environment, and ensure a smooth operational “flow” that keeps key talent engaged and focused.
Learning Objectives
- Learn to spot the three signs of leadership Gridlock that drive team anxiety and turnover.
- Understand the direct link between leadership stress and costly organizational issues like low morale, team inconsistency, and high performer turnover.
- Implement immediate, practical tools—such as the 3-Point Clarity Check and the Automatic Refuel Protocol—to stabilize the team environment and maintain decision-making flow.
