2016 Florida Parking Association (FPA) Educational Seminar — Front Line Development Training

The education seminar is geared toward the front-line employees and supervisors in preparation for future leadership and management opportunities. The first part of the day is focused on Customer Service; interactive sessions focusing on concepts and techniques to defuse and de-escalate customer conflicts-Dealing Effectively with Difficult and Aggressive Behavior!
The second part of the day is “Active Shooter Training – What do I do when someone starts shooting?” With an increase in terrorist attacks and active shooter incidents, front line parking staff needs to be prepared as they may be the first to come in contact with an active shooter, either before or after the event.
