The Miami Parking Authority (MPA) earned APO as part of the inaugural class of designees and went on to earn APO with Distinction last spring. They had concerns going in that some of their programs may not be up to par (maybe just like you do) and found the process of APO documentation was nearly as valuable as the distinction itself, changing the way they think about parking, their role in the industry and their community, and broadening their horizons.
