Session Description:

Join us on Tuesday, September 16 when Jeff Petry and Jeff Carter from the City of Eugene talk about the tools they have created, using Microsoft Teams, that have increased efficiency and given field enforcement staff a fast, easy way to report inoperable meters and vehicles that need to be towed. Petry and Carter will also discuss how the data they have collected using these tools has helped the City assess their meter availability and make informed decisions about maintenance, purchases, and budgets. Following the discussion, there will be time for questions and discussion so that members can share information about their own internal tools and connect with others facing similar challenges.
