Member News: Mitchell Carter Named Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Toledo Ticket
May 6, 2019
Mitchell Carter was named Eastern Regional Sales Manager in March 2019, for The Toledo Ticket Company, a leading provider of ticketing solutions for nearly 110 years. As a member of the founding family of Toledo Ticket, Mitch says that he has gained a new appreciation for the longevity of the company as well as its progressive nature. “I was always generally aware of my father and grandfather’s work growing up, but now that I’m part of the company, I see how broad Toledo Ticket’s capabilities are and how far it has come.”
As the Eastern Regional Sales Manager, Mitch will maintain the client base and sales of tickets, cards, tags and coupons within the Eastern region, including Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia. “I hope my youthfulness helps bring a new outlook to Toledo Ticket,” said Mitch. “I plan to help interlace the two primary functions of the company and bring them closer together so that clients can see how broad our services and capabilities are today.”
That versatility includes the company’s “green approach” to flexible services and products, which have grown from every form of ticket imaginable to RFID tags and credentials for colleges, universities, municipal, healthcare, government, and institutional, as well as private parking operations to improve security and convenience. “I plan to do all I can to help make sure Toledo Ticket is around for another 100 years,” said Mitch.
Toledo Ticket, which began in 1910 as a provider of tickets to movie theatres and carnivals, today produces consecutive numbering, bar codes, magnetic stripes, multi-part valet, scratch-off tickets, pay & display, pay-by-space, access and debit cards, and spitter tickets for thermal/non-thermal revenue control. It manufacturers and provides products in all 50 states and more than 30 countries.
