Pre-Conference Program: APO Site Reviewer Training

The Accredited Parking Organization (APO) program launched in June 2015 at the IPI Conference & Expo in Las Vegas. The new certification recognizes parking organizations that have achieved a comprehensive standard of excellence, based on best practices in responsible parking management and operations, customer service, professional development, safety, and security.

APO Site Reviewers are trained by IPI to evaluate organizations pursuing accreditation under the program. This training prepares and credentials new reviewers. Participants receive a copy of The APO Manual for Applicants and the matrix, a planning tool for implementation.

This training offers 7 CAPP points toward application or re-certification and .7 CEUs. CEUs are earned following successful completion and a passing score of 70 percent on the assessment, to be awarded at the end of the training day.
