With a background in leading an international shared services center to then consulting in strategic HR and customer service to now overseeing new business development, sales and client relations for Zephire, the people-first complete monthly parking solution, Colleen is well versed when it comes to a parking operator’s priorities in managing seamless monthly parking.  She possesses a unique skillset to listen to a client’s needs and connecting Zephire’s holistic solution to each individual’s expectation.  In her spare time, Colleen is a hopeless Cleveland Browns fan (there’s always next year!).

 

 

Vicki PeroVicki Pero, SPHR Well-balanced in parking operational leadership, field audit and employee development, Vicki is exceptionally qualified to lead implementing Zephire, the only monthly parking solution that makes parking personal, within each client’s organization.

Twenty-two years of experience in the parking industry have cross-trained Vicki to meet parking challenges from the inside out. As the key point person in overseeing our clients’ Zephire onboarding, Vicki approaches each project from her foundation of operations, customer service and audit expertise to ensure the Zephire solution succeeds on our clients’ terms, taking into consideration each one’s unique business model and parking portfolio.
