Carolinas Parking Association is pleased to present a one-day, two-part Educational Training Course focusing on skills for Customer Service Professionals in the Parking & Transportation industry.
TACTICAL COMMUNICATION 101: DEALING EFFECTIVELY WITH DIFFICULT & AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR
This is an interactive course designed to provide attendees with concepts and techniques to defuse and de-escalate customer conflict. The course provides front-line customer service personnel with tools and options to calmly and effectively address aggressive behaviors and challenging situations encountered at work. Attendees will also gain insights into how they may be perceived by customers and co-workers.
