CPPA 2019 Summer Boot Camp

Start the summer boot camp with a morning stand up meeting (9am) then break into 1 of the following 2 training tracks (9:30am-12:30pm):

Frontline: Parking & Mobility Fundamentals. Are you new to or curious about parking and mobility fundamentals. Attend an all day session hosted by IPMI trainer Cindy Campbell and get up to speed on the industry’s need to know information.

Leadership: Motivating, Training and Coaching Your Team. IPMI trainer Wanda Brown provides an overview of how to create a work environment designed to retain and develop staff through motivating, training and coaching programs. Participants will gain insight into the importance of harnessing generational talent in the workplace and how effective leadership shapes organizational value.

Then complete the day (1:30pm-4:30pm) with:

Frontline: Parking & Mobility Fundamentals. A continuation of the morning session. Participants will be introduced to the current state of the parking and mobility landscape.

Leadership: Courageous Leadership. This interactive course is designed to help participants gain a broader understanding of their impact on employee engagement. Topics include the concept of inspirational leadership and its impact on employee behavior, critical/strategic thinking and reasoning, and understanding organizational metrics.
