    IPMI Program and Service Responsibilities: Strategic planning and thought leadership, national and international industry partnerships, development and publication of cutting-edge industry content, research, and resources.  Specific programs include the Accredited Parking Organization (APO), the Alliance for Parking Data Standards (APDS), Electric Vehicle (EV) Readiness Cohort, and volunteer engagement.

    Professional Expertise: An industry veteran with experience in architecture, engineering, construction, and sustainability, Rachel leads industry-specific projects and partnership across all segments with a focus on parking, transportation, and mobility ecosystems.

    Delivery Promise:  To guide IPMI’s member programs and services, partnerships, and volunteer opportunities to align each with the association’s strategic initiatives and create a direct and significant positive impact on our members and the industry at large, adding value to every IPMI member.

    Professional Expertise: With more than two decades of training, online learning, and credentialing experience, she provides planning and oversight of organization-wide strategies to meet certification and education needs in a globally complex world.

    IPMI Program and Service Responsibilities: As Director of Communications, Melissa is responsible for both internal and external communications efforts for IPMI. These include Parking & Mobility magazine, the IPMI Leader e-newsletter, IPMI's blog, Forum Online Community, IPMI's association website, and all social media channels. As Director of Member Engagement, Melissa works with the membership team to recruit and retain members of the IPMI community, ensuring member professionals and organizations make the most of their investment.

    Professional Expertise: Melissa is a marketing and communications professional with more than two decades of successful experience. She comes from a writing and editing background, and has spent more than 20 years in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Her expertise spans from print and digital editorial to online communications including website, social media, and emailers. In addition, Melissa brings several years of successful experience managing member relations for an association.

    Delivery Promise: Deliver timely, concise, and effective communications on behalf of IPMI, including information on professional development, education, and outreach opportunities. Provide resources, including Parking & Mobility magazine, that lead the industry in terms of actionable content that informs, educates, and provokes.     IPMI Program and Service Responsibilities: Tina works with organizations to gain visibility in the IPMI community in the form of marketing and advertising opportunities. She is the main point of contact for exhibit sales, sponsorships, and advertising across IPMI platforms and communication vehicles. In addition, Tina works with the Conference & Expo team to manage both the online and on-site registration process for the annual mega event. Tina is also the primary point of contact for IPMI finance and accounting.

    Professional Expertise: With more than a decade of financial, administrative, and sales experience at IPMI, Tina is expert in guiding sponsors, advertisers, and supporters towards right-sized opportunities to be in front of their buyers. From working with exhibitors and assisting attendees with registration for the Conference & Expo, to creating sponsorship and marketing opportunities that amplify visibility and buyer awareness among the IPMI community, Tina works with each organization and member to get them well-positioned to grow their business.

    IPMI Program and Service Responsibilities: Jenn is responsible for our member experience, and making sure that IPMI members maximize the value of their investment. She will be working to recruit and retain members; welcome new members and educating them on IPMI’s benefits and value; assist with communication efforts; and manage IPMI's awards program.

    Professional Expertise: Jenn worked in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry as a pursuit manager for more than 10 years. She brings IPMI her experience with member engagement in an association environment, and her marketing and communication skills add tremendous value to IPMI's member engagement process.

    Delivery Promise: Using her outgoing personality and relentless curiosity to recruit, retain, and engage, Jenn will serve as the primary liaison for IPMI members. She will respond to membership questions and provide accurate, customized responses in a timely manner, and will be proactive in communicating with members to share IPMI benefits, programs, and opportunities.

    IPMI Program and Service Responsibilities: Advancing the career of professionals and organizations throughout the parking and mobility industry through the delivery of quality educational programs.

    Professional Expertise: With more than 40 years of professional experience in law enforcement, parking, and transportation management, Cindy brings comprehensive industry knowledge and professional experience to the IPMI training and professional development program. Prior to joining the staff at IPMI, she served as Associate Director for the University Police Department at California Polytechnic State University. Cindy is also a Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for IPMI.

    Delivery Promise: As part of the organization’s professional development efforts, Cindy’s role focuses on the creation and delivery of customized industry educational courses for IPMI member organizations. She is dedicated to providing staff training, motivation, and skill enhancement through IPMI’s onsite and online training programs.
