    Board Term: 2023-2025

Parking & Mobility Expertise: I am in my 17th year working in the parking and mobility sector, focusing most of my efforts and time on parking technology, specifically around payments and parker compliance. Starting with payment hardware and spending time with enforcement and PARCS, I have settled into the world of digital payments and Mobile Payment Applications. Understanding user behavior, what promotes compliance, and how to make solutions as user-friendly as possible is an area of interest. In recent years, my passion has shifted toward leadership: how I can invest time in helping others to achieve their goals, how to build healthy teams and relationships, and how to meaningful impact the success of the organization I am working for.

IPMI Leadership Spotlight: I have been volunteering in some capacity for the IPMI since 2016. I first started on the SRA Committee as the liaison between IPMI and SWPTA. In 2019, I joined the IPMI Awards of Excellence Committee, co-chairing it from 2020 to 2022. From 2019 to 2022, I sat on the Mobility Technology Committee, and since 2022 I have served as co-chair of the now-named Technology Committee. Giving back to our community and industry is very important to me, and I will continue to do so if I can provide value, ideas, and energy.

Thoughts on Service: Being in the industry for 17 years has given me perspective and experience, but not so long as to be ‘stuck’ in legacy ways of thinking or doing. I intend to bring a balanced perspective and encourage change, growth, and expansion both of ourselves, our teams, and the industry and organization at large.
