IPMI Announces Staff Promotions
Enhanced staff roles will better align with member needs and accommodate organizational growth.
The International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) recognized several staff members with promotions to support the organization’s current needs and future plans. These changes represent IPMI’s commitment to exceptional member services and the delivery of impactful, actionable content, tools, and resources to the parking, transportation, and mobility community.
“We looked at the value that each of these talented professionals provides to our members and our community and re-aligned their titles and roles to reflect better the outstanding service each of them provides,” said IPMI CEO Shawn D. Conrad, CAE. “These new positions will prepare IPMI for a future of growth and an ever-expanding list of benefits extended to our members. Together with all our talented staff, we are positioning IPMI for additional success now and in the future.”
The following staff have been promoted to enhanced roles:
Rachel Yoka, CAPP, LEED AP BD +C – Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Rita Pagan, CES – Vice President, Meetings & Conventions
Kathleen Federici, M.Ed. – Vice President, Professional Development
Melissa Rysak – Vice President, Communications
Tina Altman – Director, Sales
Jolene Carey – Senior Coordinator, Communications
Kenneth Faillace, MPA – Senior Training & Certification Specialist
