IPMI Launches Engagement & Value Insight Study

IPMI has engaged the services of a third-party consultant, Dragonfly AEC Consulting, to conduct an Engagement and Value Insight Study to understand how to serve members best.

As an organization dedicated to providing top value to members, event attendees, and affiliates, the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) continuously seeks ways to provide impactful, actionable content, tools, and resources to the parking, transportation, and mobility community. To ensure that those goals continue to be met as the industry evolves, IPMI has engaged Dragonfly AEC Consulting (Dragonfly), a third-party consulting firm, to conduct an Engagement and Value Insight Study.

“As we move into the future, it is essential that we better understand how IPMI is perceived in the industry so that we can continue to grow as an industry leader, building upon strengths and proactively addressing our weaknesses,” said IPMI CEO Shawn Conrad, CAE. “The industry is evolving rapidly, and IPMI must evolve right along with it. This study will help us understand how to meet our members where they are now and how to help them propel them to even greater future success.”

An email from info@dragonflyaec.com will be sent to selected IPMI contacts the week of September 16, 2024, with a link to an online survey to learn more about their experiences with IPMI. Click here to connect directly with the survey. The survey closes October 11, 2024.

Participation in this research is entirely voluntary. Participation will remain anonymous and confidential, and survey responses will not be shared or identified. Data and findings from this study will be presented to the IPMI staff and leadership as they work to develop our communications, planning, and programming for 2025 and beyond.
