Exciting Ocra team update: Alexander Burnes has joined Ocra as Client Success Manager!

Alex is an experienced global relationship management professional with a proven track record of achieving success for clients and partners of B2B and B2C SaaS-focused startups.

In this most recent role as an Account Executive at Salesforce, Alex exercised data-driven strategy, empathy, and active listening to building strong customer relationships and take his partners’ results to the next level while helping them navigate an evolving tech landscape.

We’re thrilled to have Alex on board to collaborate with Ocra’s parking operator, asset owner, and hotel partners to identify ways that we can better support them in every capacity.
