Ocra welcomes the newest member of the Ocra squad: Chris Franzen, Director of Market Expansion.
Chris’s whole career has centered on mobility and innovation.
Over the past 16+ years, he’s made an indelible impact – first in car-sharing at Zipcar, and after in parking at SpotHero – by growing and scaling ideas that drive our industry forward.
Most recently, Chris spent 7 years driving sales and strategy at SpotHero, with a major focus on hunting and closing large national portfolios, including clinching the largest mass location and SpotHero IQ onboarding agreement in the company’s history.
Additionally, he served as a mentor and training for SpotHero’s growth management teams on communication tactics, outreach, and pitching for SpotHero IQ (SpotHero’s intelligent rate recommendation engine for dynamic pricing).
He also created new and improved location audition processes for seller pipelines, greatly elevating the team’s overall efficiency and service level to operator partners.
Ocra believes that growing their squad with diverse talents and perspectives is essential to their ongoing success.
