On October 19th, Laura Lierz and I will be discussing “The Devil is in The Details” where we will be focusing on the typical transactional project implementation process and how most pitfalls occur with services and anticipated functionality delivery of this model. Attendees will walk away from this session with tips on taking control of the implementation process by communicating effectively, how to create a collaborative and loyal partnership with the vendor to ensure receiving Cadillac type treatment, and how to future proof the project investment.
