Allpro Parking Announces Promotion of Erik Reed to General Manager

(Buffalo, NY) — Allpro has recently announced that Erik Reed has been promoted to a General Manager position. Erik Reed has been a member of the Allpro team since 2011, when he was hired as a Supervisor. Since then, he has also served in Senior Project Manager and Operation Manager positions.

Richard Serra, President and CEO of Allpro Parking, decided to promote Reed based on his hard work, commitment to providing excellent customer service, and dedication to helping the company grow.

“We couldn’t ask for a more qualified employee for the General Manager position than Erik Reed,” Serra said. “We are confident that he is going to excel in his new title, just as he has in every other position he has held with us. Our team is looking forward to seeing all of the great work that Erik will continue to do with Allpro.”

As Allpro continues to offer the ease of parking through automation and technology available in the industry, Reed’s knowledge will help the company move forward in a direction that improves the patron experience.
