Brent Paxton
Brent Paxton serves as Chief Business Development Officer for Premium Parking, an operator corporately based in New Orleans. Prior to joining Premium in the summer of 2017, he spent over eight years as EVP with Parkmobile, a leading provider of mobile payment technologies for the parking industry, following six years as CFO for AmeriPark. He has been in the parking industry for over 15 years and currently sits on the APDS Board of Directors.
Jay Kim
Jay Kim is an Assistant General Manager at the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT). He currently oversees the Office of Mobility Management and provides executive management oversight for the planning and operation of transit, paratransit, development review, on and off-street parking facilities and taxicab regulations to ensure that LADOT meets the goals of the Sustainable City Plan. He has over 30 years of transportation planning and engineering experience – both private and public sectors.
Keith Hutchings
Keith is a municipal leader focused on solving the challenges of Smart City parking, transportation and data management. His approach focuses on long-term solutions that create mutual benefits for all parties. Using data and private market forces, his efforts ensure effective shared solutions serving all community segments. Through a series of progressive assignments within the City of Detroit, he understands the fundamentals of operations and the strategies of implementing change at a governmental level.
Maria Irshad, CAPP, MPA
Maria Irshad, CAPP, MPA, is Assistant Director for the ParkHouston program, which is responsible for the management of the city’s 9,500 on-street metered parking spaces and 19 off-street surface lots; enforcement of all parking codes; and the administration of various permits. She holds a master’s degree in public administration. She serves on the IPMI Accredited Parking Organization (APO) board as well as two IPMI committees and is president of the Texas Parking & Transportation Association.
