Toledo Ticket Becomes Toledo Ticket Technologies

The Toledo Ticket Company, a worldwide leading provider of ticketing solutions, announced it has become Toledo Ticket Technologies. The name change reflects the company’s evolving product offerings from traditional ticketing to technology-based solutions like touchless ticketing and contactless payment solutions.

“Our new name embodies our commitment to our customers. For 110 years, we have continuously adapted our products and services to meet the needs of the industries and clients we serve,’ said Tom Carter, president and chief operating officer, Toledo Ticket Technologies. “We are proud to offer technology solutions that keep businesses running smoothly in today’s world and beyond.”

Carter said that while the name has changed, the philosophy of the company remains the same as when his great-great grandfather Grant F. Northrup founded the business in 1910: “Nothing is more critical to satisfying customers than high-quality products at an affordable price.”

“Building relationships is at the core of who we are as a company. We do not believe we have a traditional customer-vendor relationship, but that we are partners whose successes depend on each other.
