UT S 139 addresses motor assisted scooters, addresses definitions, including the definition of low-speed vehicle, prohibits certain activities with regard to an alcohol product and a motor assisted scooter, clarifies that a motor assisted scooter is a vulnerable user of a highway, provides that a motor assisted scooter is subject to provisions for a bicycle, and not a moped or a motor-driven cycle.
