CA S 631 requires the Commissioner of the California Highway Patrol to adopt standards for motorcycle training courses, including a one day intermediate riding course, as specified. Requires these standards to specify that students satisfactorily completing either the three day premier motorcyclist training course for novice riders or the one day intermediate riding clinic for experienced riders receive a waiver of the Department of Motor Vehicles driving test.
