CA S 371 authorizes a school district to install and operate an automated schoolbus video enforcement system for the purpose of enforcing traffic laws requiring drivers to stop when a schoolbus is stopped and displaying a flashing red light signal and stop signal arm. Imposes restrictions on the use of the video enforcement system and on data captured by the system.
