AZ H 2005 relates to moving violations, relates to defensive driving schools, provides that a person who is found responsible for or found guilty of a traffic violation may elect to attend defensive driving school, provides eligibility requirements to elect to attend defensive driving school, revises provisions relating to court diversion fees, and other surcharges and assessments.
