On-Site Training: Understanding Group Dynamics

This course provides attendees with basic concepts related to how groups interact within an organization. Topics include how groups form and interact, understanding the stages of development and the effect on productivity, and identifying and correcting the behaviors that can negatively impact organizational performance.
