OK Google, Where’d I Park?
Google is rolling out the re-launch of its Assistant parking feature, giving users the ability to ask where they left their cars and get a pretty accurate answer. Users who have location services enabled can ask their phones where they parked without checking Google Maps or needing to actively mark the location when they leave their cars (users can also pinpoint their actual parking space on a map if they choose–or remember to–when parking).
The Google Assistant feature, which is similar to an older, discontinued Google Now perk, takes note of when a person stops driving and starts walking. While it won’t find a specific space in a garage, the company says it will take users back to the general area in which they parked after a long day.
