Remember when you went to college? After moving into the dorm and spending a small fortune on books, you probably had the not-so-pleasant experience of waiting in a long line for a parking permit. Later in the semester, you may have even received a citation or two, and in many cases, that might have happened because you didn’t really understand the rules about campus parking.
