A Video is Worth a Thousand Words

Everyone loves a good video, right? They pop up on your Facebook feed, maybe shared by a friend who liked it, and we get to see and experience a slice of life. Sometimes sad, sometimes funny, and sometimes uplifting — the medium of video speaks to all of us, even those of us who haven’t fully adopted the YouTube culture.   1. Social media is an excellent tool for customer service. We created two, short videos about our pay stations and pay-by-phone app at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse to help our customers out. You can watch them at uwlax.edu/parking.
