Last week, Wired got in on the conversation with a story about a Seattle building whose garage was designed to morph into housing if needs shift down the road.
It’s a fairly new concept, but one expert Sanjay Pandya explains in the November issue of The Parking Professional, where he outlines specific considerations and strategies for designing parking that can adapt to other uses in the future.
