This course will provide attendees with an understanding of how to give and receive feedback in a positive manner. Topics include providing feedback while maintaining an individual’s personal needs, understanding and responding to facts and feelings, and encouraging personal responsibility for actions taken. Class discussion will include review of an interaction guideline process that addresses an individual’s practical needs for constructive conversations, feedback models and applying feedback skills.
